Green Eggs And Ham

"I do not like that Sam I am, I do not like that Sam I am”, the first time I heard my wife reading this sentence to my son I was confused because I sounded so weird.
I had no idea what she was reading. Of course our son loves this book. It is in his top 5 along with Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, Hop On Pop, 10 Apples On Top and Rainbowfish. After reading it so many times I actually started to like the story myself.
Sam only wanted his friend to try some green eggs and ham, but because of the way they looked he wouldn't eat them anywhere or with anything (not on a train, not in the rain etc). Once he finally tried them he realized that Sam was right, they were great and he would now eat them anywhere and with anything or anyone.
The illustrations are great also especially the faces Sam’s friend makes. I would definitely recommend this book but not for a child that is less than a year old

ABC Block Books: 26 Board Books in a Box!

My son received these books when he was six months. He enjoyed them immediately. He would flip through them and look at their colorful pictures. As he got a little older, his interest in them began to expand. For instance, one of his favorite songs is about a Jack-In The-Box. It was thrilling when he discovered a Jack-In The-Box in the “J” book. Soon after, he was making associations with all of the pictures. He also enjoys carrying them around in the nice box that they come in. After he finishes reading them, he enjoys emptying the box and stacking them back inside again. These books have kept my son busy for long periods of time. While he played with them quietly, his mommy or daddy got to shower. I would recommend not leaving your child unsupervised with these books, if you think they may chew on them. My son did very early on when he was teething on everything. Once his teeth came in, this was no longer a concern for us.

LEGO Quatro

Lego is on of the best toys you child can play with. I played with Lego until I was 14. I still have all my sets packed up in suitcases. I can't wait until my son is around 5 or 6 so that I can suprise him with a big giant collection. The good thing about Lego is that it makes your child think, it improves his hand/eye coordination. It encourages creative thinking through use of building skills and freedom of expression through play. In the beginning my son was more interested in me building stuff and him pulling it apart. Now that he is a little older he really enjoys playing with it. In a couple of months I will get a Lego Duplo set for him

Hop on pop

My son did not really like this book in the beginning, but since he is getting older he is liking it more and more. His two favorite pages are the one where it goes like "no Pat no, don't sit on that (the cactus)" and of course "don't hop on pop".
When he gets to the "don't hop on pop" part he start smiling and shaking his head.
It's best not to introduce the Dr Seuss books too soon because your child will not appreciate them right away

Laugh & Learn Learning Home

I must say that this is by far the best purchase I have ever made. I bought this in May of last year and he is playing with it every single day. The house has a lot of stuff, there is a light switch, a doorbell, a radio that playes 8 different tunes.
It also has a clock, a mailbox and several other things. before my son could would he used this a lot to practice his standing. i still can not believe that he is still playing with it. check out other reviews on Amazon below

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom

This is my sons favorite book, he is just absolutely in love with it.
It teaches him the alphabet, he is trying to make all the sounds of the letters
Whenever I ask him which book he wants to read this is always one of them.
