Green Eggs And Ham

"I do not like that Sam I am, I do not like that Sam I am”, the first time I heard my wife reading this sentence to my son I was confused because I sounded so weird.
I had no idea what she was reading. Of course our son loves this book. It is in his top 5 along with Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, Hop On Pop, 10 Apples On Top and Rainbowfish. After reading it so many times I actually started to like the story myself.
Sam only wanted his friend to try some green eggs and ham, but because of the way they looked he wouldn't eat them anywhere or with anything (not on a train, not in the rain etc). Once he finally tried them he realized that Sam was right, they were great and he would now eat them anywhere and with anything or anyone.
The illustrations are great also especially the faces Sam’s friend makes. I would definitely recommend this book but not for a child that is less than a year old
